1. Delivery options

Dotefo dispatches orders from Kochi. Delivery options depend on the destination PIN code and order. Standard Delivery and DTDC delivery may be offered where available. DTDC has an additional ₹30 charge, shown separately before payment. Please confirm the total delivery charge for your order before paying.

2. Estimated delivery

The PIN code checker provides estimated delivery information. DTDC delivery within Kerala is generally estimated at around two days after dispatch, subject to service availability. Other destinations can take longer. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Dispatch preparation, holidays, weather and courier operations can affect timing.

3. Address and tracking

Provide your correct delivery address, phone number and PIN code. Sign in to your Dotefo account to view orders and tracking details when they are available. If you need an update or notice an address error, email support@dotefo.shop with your order number promptly.

4. Delivery problems

If a parcel is missing, damaged, delayed or marked delivered without being received, contact support@dotefo.shop so we can investigate with the courier. Delivery estimates and this policy do not remove remedies available under applicable law.
