These terms apply to use of the Dotefo website and purchases made directly through Dotefo. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law. Questions can be sent to support@dotefo.shop.

1. Products and information

Dotefo offers microfiber towels and car-care essentials. Check the product description, dimensions, material, colour, quantity and pack option before ordering. Product photographs illustrate the item; screen settings can affect how colours appear. Nothing in these terms excuses supplying an item that does not match its description.

2. Prices, offers and payments

The price shown for the selected product or pack applies to that selection. Any delivery charge, discount or other applicable amount must be confirmed before you pay. Offers are subject to the eligibility shown with the offer and may change for future purchases. A pack is treated as the priced pack selected, rather than as separate qualifying products unless the offer states otherwise.

Online checkout may be unavailable at times. If a payment option is unavailable, contact support@dotefo.shop for assistance. An item in your cart, a payment attempt or an acknowledgement is not by itself confirmation that an order has been accepted or paid. Please retain your order and payment confirmation.

3. Your account and order details

Provide accurate contact and delivery details and use an account you are authorised to access. Keep your sign-in details private. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorised account use or need to correct an order. We may need to verify your identity before sharing account information or making changes.

4. Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched from Kochi for delivery within India. Available delivery choices, charges and estimates depend on the destination and order. If DTDC delivery is selected, the additional ₹30 charge is shown separately. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. See the Shipping & Delivery page for details.

5. Returns, exchanges and order problems

Dotefo does not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please choose the product, size, colour and pack carefully. This does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or other legally qualifying situations. 6. Cancellation requests

If you need to cancel or correct an order, email support@dotefo.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether the order can still be changed. A request is not a cancellation confirmation. Requests made after dispatch may not be possible to fulfil, without affecting your rights under applicable law.

7. Reviews and Share & Earn

Submit honest reviews based on your experience and avoid personal information, unlawful content or impersonation. Review eligibility and purchase-verification labels depend on available order records.

Share & Earn provides a 15% reward on eligible referred orders that are paid and completed. The reward is calculated on the final paid total after discounts, including charged delivery fees. Self-referrals do not qualify. Cancellations and refunds can reduce or remove rewards. Earnings records do not mean a payout has been sent; contact support about payout availability and arrangements. 8. Acceptable use and website content

Do not misuse the website, try to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, submit fraudulent orders or misuse referral links. Dotefo names, branding, photographs and website content may not be copied for unauthorised commercial use. Links to external services are governed by the terms of those services.

9. Responsibility and your legal rights

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable service, but interruptions or errors can occur. Contact us if you notice a problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without removing consumer rights or access to lawful dispute-resolution channels.

10. Contact and updates

For order help, account questions, policy questions or complaints, email support@dotefo.shop. We may update these terms for future use of the website; the updated date appears above. Terms and mandatory legal rights applicable to an existing purchase are not removed by a later website update.
