- The customer arrives through your valid referral link.
- Referral attribution must be recorded before their first account order.
- The order must be a real paid purchase and be marked completed.
- Self-referrals do not earn commission.
- Cancellations and refunds reduce or remove commission.
The referral cookie lasts up to 30 days in the same browser. Once an account is attributed, repeat link visits do not replace its referrer.

Before you start
Where do I find my link?
Sign in, open Your Account, then select Share & Earn. Your personal referral link is ready to copy there.
When is commission confirmed?
Eligible paid orders can appear as pending while they are being processed or shipped. Commission becomes earned when the order is marked completed.
Can I refer myself?
No. Purchases made by your own customer account do not earn referral commission.
What happens if an order is refunded?
A full refund or cancellation removes the commission. A partial refund reduces the commission in proportion to the remaining paid amount.
Are withdrawals automatic?
Automatic withdrawals are not available yet. Earnings shown in your account are recorded commission, not a confirmation that money has been paid out. Contact the Dotefo team for payout availability and arrangements.
Why might a referral not be recorded?
The customer must use your valid link before their first account order. A different browser, blocked or cleared cookies, an expired link cookie, or an account already attributed to someone else can prevent a new attribution.
