1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
- Email us at dotefo.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will share a return shipping label or pickup arrangement if eligible.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- In case of COD, we will initiate a bank transfer or provide store credit.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
