1. Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • Used, damaged, or customized items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

  • We will share a return shipping label or pickup arrangement if eligible.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • In case of COD, we will initiate a bank transfer or provide store credit.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If not available, a refund or store credit will be issued.
